“Trailin’ Home” is a larger than life-size monument sculpture commemorating the sheep industry in Idaho. More specially, it represents the sheep business of the Jones family of Hagerman, Idaho. Bill Jones of Hagerman and the Hagerman Historical Society, commissioned this sculpture in honor of the family business that Bill’s dad started in the early 1920’s. The sheep industry was a vital part of Idaho economy in those early years and still remains an important Idaho industry today.
The sculpture is cast in bronze and is a limited edition of 9. It consists of the sheepherder leading his horse, eight sheep, and his sheep dog. $295,000.00
